Academic Disclaimer
Goldfinch Learning LLC provides enrichment academic classes designed to enrich and support homeschooling families. Parents remain fully responsible for their child’s primary education, supervision outside class hours, and compliance with any homeschool or charter school requirements.
Goldfinch Learning is not an accredited school, parent co-op, tutoring center, charter school, or licensed childcare institution.
Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of registration forms, signed parent agreement, and payment of applicable tuition/ deposit. A student’s place is not guaranteed until payment is received
Class placement is based on age/grade group and available space.
Enrollment deadline for Fall 2026 is August 12th 2026.
Fall classes begin on September 9th 2026.
Tuition & Refund Policy
Registration fee is $15.
Tuition may be paid in installments. Please contact Goldfinch Learning to discuss payment arrangements.
Due to limited enrollment and advance curriculum planning, tuition payments are non-refundable once classes begin.
Withdrawals made before the semester begins may receive a partial refund, excluding any registration fees.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy
In order to remain compliant with local zoning laws and Health and Safety Code Regulations, we expect students to arrive on time and be picked up promptly at dismissal.
Repeated late pickups may result in additional fees or withdrawal from the program.
The exact time windows are provided to parents in the Master Agreement.

Liability & Safety Policy
We are committed to providing protection and safety to our enrolled students. While reasonable precautions are taken to provide a safe learning environment, participation in classes and related activities carries inherent risks. By enrolling, parents acknowledge these risks and agree to the terms outlined in the Master Agreement.
Goldfinch Learning maintains appropriate business liability insurances for its educational program and classroom activities.
Copyright Policy & Educational Materials Policy
Goldfinch Learning utilizes educational materials, curriculum, and resources created by third-party publishers, authors, and curriculum providers. All materials used within the program are obtained lawfully and are used only in accordance with applicable licensing agreements, purchase terms, and copyright law.
Enrollment in Goldfinch Learning does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, scan, distribute, upload, share electronically, or otherwise duplicate any copyrighted materials provided through classes or program activities.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
Media and Photography Policy
Photographs may occasionally be taken for internal program use or parent communication. No child photographs will be publicly shared without explicit parent permission.
Parents will be provided with a media release checkbox in their Master Agreement. No child will be photographed without their parent’s permission.
